Power Rankings

1. Team ZBT SO (StudentCity) – Currently tied for 1st with 15 points.

Back for another season of All Sports Series is the ZBT Sophomores who are once again led by Captain Evan Anixter. These guys played for the first time in the Spring in the hybrid Football/Softball League and now with some experience are looking to take the leap. If Week 1 is any indication, they are going to be in good shape this Fall. They got a huge W over the ZBT FR on Wednesday Night. Tyler Cohen was their leading scorer – he went for 20 points – good enough for 2nd most in the League during Week 1. Captain Evan had 16 in this one. They look ahead now to Week 2 Flag Football when they take on #2 SAE in the StudentCity Game of the Week!

2. Team SAE (Ella Designs) – Currently tied for 1st with 15 points.

Similar to #1 ZBT SO, SAE is back for their second season in All Sports Series. They too, got their start in the Spring in the Football/Softball hybrid League. Captain Jake Taylor brings much of the Roster back in the Fall and they picked up a nice W over Team Sammy in Week 1 Hoops. Pete Davis went for 22 points to lead all scorers in the League during Week 1. Davis Franklin and Trey Scardino scored 16 and 15 respectively. These guys now turn their attention to Week 2 and they will be apart of the StudentCity Game of the Week against #1 Team ZBT SO. A Win will find them in the #1 spot a week from now!

3. Team Sammy (CEA Study Abroad Green) – Currently tied for 3rd with 0 points.

Team Sammy grabs the #3 spot as we exit Week 1. Captain Adam Schor is one of the few holdovers from their Team a year ago that finished as the #1 overall seed. Much of that Team has graduated now. These guys are going to be tough all season long. They fell to SAE in Week 1 but it was a great Game. They are a deep Team and that was shown in the Stats during Week 1 – they had 4 guys virtually tie for the most points on the Team. Captain Adam had the most with 9. They will now turn to Week 2 when they take on Team Meitus in Week 2 Softball!

Rest of the Pack (Alphabetical Order)

Team 5th Years (Dr. Jacob D.D.S.) – Currently tied for 3rd with 0 points.

Team Meitus (Biaggi’s) – Currently tied for 3rd with 0 points.

Team ZBT FR (CEA Study Abroad Gold) – Currently tied for 3rd with 0 points.

Team ZBT FR is a first year unit that still possesses a bit of All Sports Series experience. Captain Cameron Warren has played in the College/Prep League over the Summer in Highland Park, IL and his experience will help these Rookies navigate the League. They took on the ZBT SO crew in Week 1 and came up a bit short. Sam Benjamin had 14 and Ben Harizman had 13 in Week 1. Look for these guys to make a move in to the Rankings here shortly.

Great Week 1. Good Luck in Week 2!
