Power Rankings

1. Team Knox – 6-0

David Johnson poured in a season-high 24 points in Team Knox’s latest W over #2 Team LifeTime Blur on Tuesday night. By the final score of 74-71, they got to 6-0 with the win and have a two-game cushion over everyone else in the league with just one regular season game remaining. They’ll be looking to complete a perfect regular season against the current #4 seed, Team Anderson (2-4), coming up on Tuesday night. This regular season finale coming up on Tuesday night will essentially be a warm-up game for #1 Team Knox as they have secured the overall #1 seed as mentioned above with the victory in Week 6. #1 Team Knox and #4 Team Anderson matched up in Week 4 and Team Knox walked away with a slim 74-71 victory. #1 Team Knox will certainly need to be on their A-game if they hope to close out the regular season with a perfect record.

2. LifeTime Blur – 4-2

After picking up a dramatic 60-59 victory in Week 5 over #3 Wet Dream Team, #2 Team LifeTime Blur suffered a disappointing loss in Week 6 to #1 Team Knox in our Week 6 Game of the Week. Anthony Granato led the charge for Team LifeTime Blur in this tough loss, dropping a season-high 23 points. Team LifeTime Blur led by double digits in this contest early but could not hold onto that lead late and dropped their second game of the season (both against #1 Team Knox). Four different players ended up scoring double digit points for #2 Team LifeTime Blur in this one. They’ll need that type of balanced production once again coming up on Tuesday night as they have a huge game coming up against #5 The Average Wolves of Pen Island (1-5). Team LifeTime Blur will secure the #2 seed with a victory in this contest while a loss could see them drop into the #3 seed. Huge game coming up on Tuesday Night.

3. Wet Dream Team – 4-2

After suffering a crushing loss in Week 5 against #2 Team LifeTime Blur, #3 Wet Dream Team bounced back very nicely in Week 6 and notched their fourth victory on the season by beating #4 Team Anderson 67-61. Kyle Terpstra led the charge for Wet Dream Team in this crucial victory, scoring 22 huge points. Dan Coleman and Andrew Lively also had big nights on the offensive end of the court for Wet Dream Team, combining to score 29 of their squads 67 total points. With this big Week 6 victory, Wet Dream Team secured at the very least the #3 seed. They’ll have an opportunity to clinch the #2 seed with a victory coming up in Week 7 against #6 INDY Team #5 (1-5) but would also need to see #2 Team LifeTime Blur lose their Week 7 game against The Average Wolves of Pen Island. #3 Wet Dream Team and #6 INDY Team #5 matched up in Week 4 and Wet Dream Team walked away with a huge 42-point victory.

4. Team Anderson – 2-4

Team Anderson came into Week 6 riding high coming off their blowout victory in Week 5 over INDY Team #5. Unfortunately for #4 Team Anderson, they could not carry that momentum over into Week 6 on Tuesday night as they lost a tough game to #3 Wet Dream Team by the final score of 67-61. Connor Shields made his first appearance since Week 3 and put up a team high 22 points. Mack Watts dropped 17 and Christopher Reed pitched in with a season-high 14 points for Team Anderson, but it just wasn’t enough to get past a hot shooting Wet Dream Team squad. Team Anderson will close out their regular season schedule with a match-up against #1 Team Knox (6-0) on Tuesday night. Team Anderson has clinched the overall #4 seed regardless of what happens in Week 7. They hold the head-to-head tiebreakers against #5 The Average Wolves of Pen Island and #6 INDY Team #5 so even a loss coming up on Tuesday night would not change their Playoff Seed.

5. The Average Wolves of Pen Island – 1-5

The Average Wolves of Pen Island picked up their first victory of the year on Tuesday night over INDY Team #5 by a final score of 80-30 to bring their regular season record up to 1-5. They had their biggest offensive night of the season with six different players recording double digit scoring efforts. Will Reedy led the way in this one, scoring a season high 17 points. Joe Weber contributed 15, Danny Shannon dropped 12, Jake Schultz had 11 and Grant Greeno pitched in with 10 to help their squad secure this important Win. This victory now gives The Average Wolves of Pen Island the opportunity to finish with the overall #5 seed if they secure a W coming up in Week 7 against #2 Team LifeTime Blur (4-2). A loss on the other hand would drop their regular season record to 1-6 and could potentially see them start the postseason as low as the #6 overall seed should INDY Team #5 secure a Week 7 victory. Huge game coming up on Tuesday night to close out their regular season.

6. INDY Team #5 – 1-5

INDY Team #5 dropped their third straight game on Tuesday night, falling to #5 The Average Wolves of Pen Island by a final score of 80-30. The loss drops their regular season record to 1-5 and now must secure a Week 7 victory in order to avoid the bottom #6 seed. Vasilije Cupara led the way once again for INDY Team #5, scoring a team-high 10 points in this contest. Cupara leads INDY Team #5 in scoring on the season, averaging 13.8 PPG and has recorded double-digits scoring efforts in every contest he has played in this year. INDY Team #5 will look to snatch their second regular season W against the current #3 seed, Wet Dream Team (4-2), coming up on Tuesday night. This regular season finale coming up on Tuesday night will have huge Playoff implications for both teams as a Win or a Loss could see both squads move up or down with their seeds. Very important Week 7 match-up coming up for these two groups.

That’s it for Week 6 and the Playoff Scenarios. Good Luck to all in the final week of the Regular Season!
